Refund Policy

How we handle refunds for tips, project funding pledges, and creative challenges.

In a nutshell

Tips and pledges to creators on PopLink are usually final, they are direct support from a fan to a creator, processed through our payment processor. Refunds are at the creator's discretion within the first 7 days, except when fraud or technical error is confirmed by our Trust & Safety team.

Tips

Tips are immediate, one-time payments to a creator. They can be refunded within 7 daysat the creator's discretion, or by PopLink in case of confirmed fraud.

Project funding (pledges)

Pledges are refundable until the funding goal is reached or the campaign ends. Once the funds are released to the creator, refunds are at the creator's discretion. PopLink does not guarantee delivery of any rewards described by the creator.

Challenges

Challenges are paid commissions. If the creator does not deliver within the stated turnaround (or within 14 days, whichever is shorter), you are entitled to a full refund. Contact support@poplink.app.

Disputes and chargebacks

Before filing a chargeback with your bank, please contact us, we resolve almost every dispute within 48 hours. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in account suspension.

How to request a refund

Email support@poplink.app with the transaction ID (visible in your receipt email) and a short description. Most requests are answered within one business day.
