What data we collect, why we collect it, and your rights under GDPR and CCPA.

Coming soon. Our Privacy Policy is being finalized to comply with GDPR (EU), CCPA (California) and other applicable data protection laws.

Until then, here is what you should know:

  • Data we collect:account info (name, email via Google OAuth), creator profile, payment metadata (we never see your full card number, that's held by Stripe), and analytics about how you use PopLink.
  • Data we don't sell. Ever.
  • Third parties: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and auth), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), Sentry (error monitoring).
  • Your rights: access, correct, delete your data, or export it as JSON. Email privacy@poplink.app.
  • Cookies: we use essential cookies for authentication and analytics cookies for product improvement (you can opt-out via our cookie banner).
