Acceptable Use Policy

What's not allowed

You may not use PopLink to do, sell, fund, or promote anything that is illegal where you live or where your audience lives. In particular, the following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and payout reversal:

• Illegal goods or services of any kind
• Adult content (in compliance with our payment processor's acceptable use policy)
• Hate speech, harassment, threats of violence
• Content sexualizing or endangering minors
• Scams, pyramid schemes, deceptive fundraising
• Counterfeit goods or copyright/trademark infringement
• Weapons, ammunition, controlled substances
• Political fundraising (outside permitted jurisdictions)
• Cryptocurrency or financial speculation products
• Gambling, lotteries, or games of chance

Payment processor rules apply too

PopLink uses a licensed payment processor to move money. Our processor maintains a Restricted Businesses list that applies to every PopLink creator. If our processor blocks a transaction, we cannot override that decision.

Reporting abuse

Email trust@poplink.app with details and (if applicable) the creator handle. We investigate every report.
