These terms govern your use of the PopLink website and waitlist. By using the site or submitting the waitlist form, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

2. The service

The PopLink website is a pre-launch landing page that lets you join a waitlist for early access to a future creator monetization product. The actual product is in private beta development. Features described on the site (drops, challenges, OBS overlay, dashboard, etc.) are descriptions of the planned product and may change before public launch.

3. Waitlist and early access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the private beta. We invite creators in batches, prioritized by fit (streamers, artists, musicians, designers).
"Founding 100" pricing (2.5% transaction fee instead of 5%) is available to the first 100 waitlist creators who are activated into private beta and create at least one moment.
Founding pricing is locked in for the lifetime of the creator's PopLink account, subject to good standing under our future Terms of Service for the active product.
Final pricing for non-founding creators will be communicated at public launch.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to:

Submit fraudulent or someone else's email to the waitlist.
Attempt to break, hack, scrape, or overload the website.
Use any content from the site (copy, design, code) for commercial purposes without permission.

5. Intellectual property

The PopLink name, logo, design, copy and code are owned by [YOUR LEGAL NAME]. You may not reproduce or imitate them without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimers

The website is provided "as-is" during pre-launch. We make no guarantees about uptime, feature delivery dates, or specific pricing terms beyond what is stated above. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the website at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PopLink and its founder are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us, which during pre-launch is zero.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to waitlist subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [YOUR CITY], France, except where local consumer law gives you the right to bring action in your country of residence.
